Uncle Tan

Uncle Tan’s relationship with herbs began as a young boy growing up in different kampungs in Singapore and Malaysia. Over the years, he’s brought back knowledge of herbal practices in Asia, from Alishan mountains in Taichung to the villages in Indonesia, and his herb garden is now home to more than 200 varieties, making for both a herb library and a sanctuary tucked away from the city.
